Fabric and GSM

Fabric that fits the spec, not the shelf.

Weight decides how a baseball uniform feels, plays and lasts. Match the knit to the job — from feather-light mesh to heavyweight double-knit — and if you need a weight or construction outside these, we source to your spec. Measured per roll, so it ships to the same spec, roll after roll.

Need a construction not listed above? These six are the diamond-sport core of a custom baseball uniform. Dyed-to-order GSM, other knits and finishing treatments are in the full library — ask for the PDF.

Printing Services

Name, number & logo, printed to spec.

Three ways to put a name, number or logo on a baseball uniform — sewn twill, heat transfer, dye-sublimation. Each has a different feel, durability and cost, so the right one depends on your look and your budget.

01$$ · higher

Sewn Tackle-Twill

Sewn Tackle-Twill example

Letters and numbers cut from twill cloth, then sewn onto the jersey — often two layers stacked for an outlined, raised look.

Holds up to slides and repeated washes, and reads as the most authentically "pro" finish there is.

Best for: Team name, player name and back number; the classic pro baseball look.

Who uses it: MLB on-field Authentic, high-end replicas, traditional school teams.

At a glance: The lettering is made of cloth, with a ring of stitching around the edge.
02$ · lower

Heat Transfer / HTV

Heat Transfer / HTV example

A vinyl or transfer film cut to shape and heat-pressed onto the finished garment — sits on top like a sticker.

Fast to turn around, low minimum order, and easy to re-do a single name or number.

Best for: Small orders, replacement numbers, or adding a name at the last minute.

Who uses it: Fan versions, small teams, rush orders.

At a glance: The surface is smooth and slightly glossy; the edge looks applied on.
03$ · moderate

Dye-Sublimation

Dye-Sublimation example

Pattern printed with dye-sublimation ink onto transfer paper, then heat-pressed into polyester — the colour is dyed into the fibre, not stuck on top.

Almost no added weight, doesn't trap heat, crack or peel — and it does full gradients and complex art.

Best for: Full-body gradients, complex art, and team name + number all in one.

Who uses it: School, league and tournament custom kits — the most common today.

At a glance: The design is one with the garment; you can't feel a layer sitting on top.

How We Build Your Baseball Uniform

Five steps, artwork to your door.

The baseball uniform production line we run for one order — artwork to a passed inspection. Each stage is gated, so you can audit it instead of taking our word.

Custom baseball uniform production line
01

Artwork & Prepress

Vectors cleaned, formatted and colour-profiled to your Pantone targets, with a digital mockup before a yard is cut.

Sign off the exact design up front — no surprise revisions later.

02

Sublimation / Transfer Print

Panels printed on large-format dye-sublimation, then heat-set on a rotary press so the print is fixed into the fabric.

A crisp, even finish across the whole panel — no uneven ink.

03

Precision Cut & Stitch

Laser-cut panels assembled with flatlock and coverstitch seams.

A smooth, durable construction the players barely feel.

04

Number & Patch

Names, numbers and sleeve patches set in your chosen method, then heat-set.

Each player's set stays consistent — names, numbers and patches.

05

Final QC & Pack

Inspected against the agreed AQL, then packed as a finished baseball uniform ready to ship.

Checked against the standard before it leaves, so nothing slips through.

Logistics and Compliance

The road trip.

Customs, shipping and delivery for your baseball uniform are handled door-to-door. Here's how the order leaves the factory and reaches you — the terms all written down before you commit.

STAGE 1

Customs & Documentation

STAGE 2

Packing & Freight

Garments grouped by player, cartons labelled, and booked with a freight carrier at a competitive rate.

STAGE 3

Tracked Delivery

Real-time tracking door-to-door, with proactive updates so you always know where the order is.

ISO 9001Quality Management

A certified quality system audits the production line and documentation, so each order is traceable.

OEKO-TEX 100Textile Safety

Fabrics tested for harmful substances — the standard for athletic and youth apparel.

BSCISocial Compliance

Audited workplace standards across the supply chain — fair labour, safe working conditions.

REACHEU Chemical Compliance

Materials and dyes meet EU chemical regulations, so imports clear EU customs.

We prepare the compliance paperwork that ships with your baseball uniform order, and back it with full after-sales support — so you and your inspector get the documents and the follow-through, not just our word.

Testimonials

From athletic directors and team dealers who speced it right.

"

Ordering for eight varsity teams felt overwhelming at first — 8 rosters, 8 colourways, 160 players, and a district budget that had to stretch across the whole range of sports. They took the size collection off my plate and coordinated delivery to the schools.

The tackle-twill lettering came back crisp and consistent across all eight sets, and three seasons later the uniforms still hold their original colour and stitching. That consistency is what a multi-team programme actually runs on.

The payoff was straightforward: no mid-season colour drift, far fewer reorders, and a budget line that finally held still. For a programme that size, that's the value.

As a team dealer supplying 20 high schools — roughly 600 players a season — consistent sizing and fast turnaround were non-negotiable. Our orders arrive sorted by player, and across 7,000+ pieces shipped there's been zero cross-school mix-ups.

Artwork approval is the part that usually bottlenecks an order. Here the proof comes back within 24 hours, so a school signs off the same day instead of waiting out a string of revisions. Pricing is transparent, so my quote to a school is a number I can stand behind.

The real win is measurable: coach complaints dropped from about a dozen a month to under one — a 90% cut in the phone calls I don't have to take. The sizing consistency alone justified the switch.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before they order.

If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.

You can start with a low minimum and scale up as demand grows. The point is to test the market without betting an entire season's budget on a first order.

Once the spec is locked, reorders carry the same archived file — so a follow-up order runs faster and comes back identical, no re-sampling.

Colours are matched to Pantone and signed off on a physical swatch before printing. Full-bleed sublimation is checked per batch for colourfastness, so a dark team colour doesn't turn muddy on white mesh.

You get the same shade on a reorder because the dye recipe and colour profile are archived.

That depends on the print method. Sewn tackle-twill holds up to slides and repeated washes and reads as the most authentic "pro" finish. Dye-sublimation is dyed into the fibre — it can't peel.

If you need maximum durability for a full game season, tell us and we'll set it in the method that matches.

Yes — hats, gloves, bags, socks and warm-up jackets can be matched to your baseball uniform set on a single colour recipe and job sheet.

So your caps, jerseys and pants line up panel to panel, and you have one supplier to hold accountable for colour and fit.

Yes. Send your current design and we'll reproduce it, or work with our in-house designers on a new one. Everything is customizable — stripes, piping, contrast panels or a clean minimalist look.

Precise Pantone matching keeps your exact team colours accurate across the full kit.

Player names and numbers are filed by player ID. A torn jersey or a lost warm-up ships with the exact same lettering — no re-sampling, no close match.

Rush production is available by arrangement, so a mid-season replacement doesn't restart the whole process.

Baseball uniform orders undergo a quality inspection against an agreed AQL standard (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II, Major AQL 2.5).

The pass/fail is recorded on a per-batch report naming the lot, the counts and the disposition — an auditable file your buyer or inspector can work from.
