Custom cheer shell and skirt tech-pack drawing with a spotlight cone

Custom Cheerleading Uniform Manufacturers — 30+ countries, DDP pre-filed, no hidden fees

Built for the competition floor: a 280 GSM four-way shell, a structured double-knit skirt that holds a crisp pleat, and a mesh that vents the underarms.

Start from 50 sets, graded XS–3XL, and the whole set ships from one dye lot so shell, skirt and warm-up read as one design — no mismatch on the lineup. Placement sits to ±2mm, and bulk lands 25–30 days after you approve the sample.

Fabric Technology

A fabric for every zone of the routine.

A cheer costume isn't one fabric. The shell needs recovery, the vents need airflow, the skirt needs shape, and the warm-up needs to wick. We put each fabric where the routine demands it.

01 / 04
Motion-Flex Spandex

Shell · the fitted bodice

Motion-Flex Spandex

  • 4-way stretch for unrestricted kicks and tumbling
  • Instant recovery — returns to shape, no sagging
  • Supports high-impact stunts and floor work
  • Warp-knit for consistent stretch in every direction

Moves with the athlete and bounces back — no bagging after a full-out.

280 GSM · 4-way · ≥95% recovery
Dry-Tech Mesh

Back & side ventilation zones

Dry-Tech Mesh

  • Ventilation mapped to the highest heat zones
  • Airflow without transparency — safe to layer
  • Easy to layer under a shell or over a liner
  • Carries a full colour print so the design stays continuous

Targeted airflow keeps an athlete cool under the lights, without going sheer.

Breathable · non-transparent · printable
Double-Knit Poly

Skirt · the structured piece

Double-Knit Poly

  • Heavyweight durability for sideline and stage longevity
  • Crisp pleats that hold formation after repeated wear
  • Abrasion-resistant, colourfast and snag-controlled
  • Stable drape — no curl at the hem through a routine

Shape, stability, and a crisp pleat that holds for a whole competition day.

Heavyweight · colourfast · snag-controlled
Moisture-Wicking Polyester

Warm-ups · the base layer

Moisture-Wicking Polyester

  • Quick-drying, breathable performance base
  • Manages sweat by capillary action, keeping the body dry
  • Lightweight, soft hand and snag-resistant
  • Pairs effortlessly with mesh or spandex panels

The best base for humid gyms and outdoor routines — keeps an athlete dry.

Quick-dry · capillary wicking · soft hand

Printing Methods

How your design gets onto the fabric.

Every design can go on more than one way. The main method below — dye sublimation — is how most competitive sets print, with screen printing and heat transfer as the two alternatives we also run.

Dye-Sublimation
The mainstream method

Dye-Sublimation — The design becomes the fabric.

On a Cheerleading Uniform, the graphics carry straight through the side panel, so the costume reads as one design on the floor. Shell, skirt and warm-up all print from the same dye lot, so the whole team sits on identical colour values.

  • Dye infused into polyester at 200°C + pressure — no print layer to fail
  • Unlimited CMYK, neon and metallic-effect colourways on a light base
  • Wraps continuously across seams, so shell and skirt read as one design
  • Team name, number and sponsor marks all sublimated in one pass
  • Zero-thickness finish — nothing to catch, crack or peel after repeated wash
Screen Printing

Screen Printing

Solid logos & numbers

A dense ink layer pressed through a stencil straight onto the fabric. Best when a colour has to sit solid and opaque — school crests, big team number blocks, sponsor marks.

  • Thick, opaque ink layer — colour stays solid even on dark fabric
  • Best value for large, flat, one-colour graphics at volume
  • Durable and wash-fast, yet the ink sits on top so limit stretch zones
Heat Transfer

Heat Transfer

Small runs, names & numbers

The graphic is printed to a transfer film then pressed onto the garment with heat. Ideal for per-athlete name and number, short runs, and fine multi-colour artwork on demand.

  • Crisp fine detail and name-and-number per athlete in one pass
  • Low setup — economical for small runs and reorders
  • Bonded by heat + pressure; the film sits on top as a slight texture
Embellishment Layers

Embellishment is a decision, not a default.

The base is printed, so the cost sits in what you add. Each technique has a place it belongs — a panel to catch the lights, a mark that reads from the stands. Pick the layer that earns its weight.

Rhinestones & Crystals

Rhinestones & Crystals

Catch the lights on competition day

  • Heat-set stones — sit in, not just on
  • Different facet cuts pick up the lights
  • Placed to ±2mm on the design
  • 10-cycle wash adhesion check before bulk
Glitter & Foil Accents

Glitter & Foil Accents

A metallic shimmer on yoke or panel

  • Metallic foils press flat, no print layer
  • Premium glitter for a dense, even shimmer
  • Heat-transfer or adhesive bonded
  • Keeps its shine through repeated wash
Embroidery & Appliqué

Embroidery & Appliqué

A textured mark that reads from the stands

  • Tackle-twill lettering, layered depth
  • 16-head machine, 12 thread colours
  • 2mm placement tolerance on the mark
  • 24h art-to-sample turnaround
Sequin & Mesh Layering

Sequin & Mesh Layering

A full shimmer panel on bodice or skirt

  • Machine-set sequins, row by row
  • Double-layer mesh backing for structure
  • Stitched to the panel — won't shed
  • Semi-sheer, so it layers without going see-through
Factory-Direct Pricing

Cut out the middleman markup.

Same factory the distributors buy from — but you order direct. That's why the per-set price beats a dealer by a long way, and why the numbers only get better as your volume climbs.

"

Two years into my own cheer label, the thing that kept biting me wasn't design or cost — it was that I could never get the same pink twice. I'd go back for a second run and the shade was close, just not close enough, and half my spare stock sat there as dead weight because of it.

So I walked in with the smallest order I could, fully expecting to be brushed off. Instead they took the 50-set first run seriously, locked the dye recipe to a single Pantone number, and put the whole thing on file. When I came back for 400 more, there was no re-sampling and no drift — shells and skirts matched the samples sitting on my desk.

That's what I hadn't had before: a repeatable spec. And it changed the math on my side too — the landed cost settled out about 24% below what I'd budgeted, so the margin finally held. It's the difference between running a brand you can actually restock and one you're always chasing down.

Honestly, the multi-location thing is what I keep talking about. I've got four gyms under one roof operationally, plus a couple of pro-shops I supply, and every single order wants to land in a different place. Under my last supplier that meant playing switchboard operator — half a dozen calls, then praying the right boxes hit the right doors.

Now one order splits across four addresses, each carton tagged by athlete, each on its own tracking, so I can see exactly where everything is without picking up the phone. This season alone that's been roughly 4,500 pieces with zero cross-team mix-ups. Zero. And the follow-up calls from coaches I used to dread are basically gone.

The other thing that surprised me is speed on the front end. I send over a design in the morning, and by the time I'm answering emails I've got a proof back. That's not a luxury at this volume — that's the difference between a supplier I coordinate and one I just let run.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before they order.

If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.

They're built from one Pantone-matched recipe and one job sheet, so the shell, skirt and warm-up line up exactly — no "close enough" between pieces.

Because it's all one dye lot, you order it as one set and match it as one set. No coordinating two fabric orders, no visible mismatch on the floor.

The payoff: a costume that reads as one intentional design, and one supplier to hold accountable for colour and fit.

A 50-set first run is enough — the bottom of the ladder, so you test the market without betting a whole season on one order.

Do 50 to 200 sets, approve the fit and colour, then scale. From 300 sets you unlock multi-gym drop-shipping and a reserved line, and the numbers keep improving at 1,000.

Once the spec is locked, reorders have no minimum at all, so you never over-commit to stock you might not move.

Motion-flex spandex for the shell — compression and instant recovery in a fitted bodice. Double-knit poly for the skirt — shape and a crisp pleat that holds. Dry-tech mesh for the vents, and moisture-wicking polyester for warm-ups and layering.

Rolls are held to ±5% GSM and lab-tested to AATCC 61 for colourfastness and ASTM D2594 for stretch recovery before bulk — so nothing fits or fades differently than you expect.

Rhinestones are heat-set for permanent adhesion — they sit in the fabric, not just glued to it. Glitter and foil are bonded, so they keep their shine through repeated wash.

We run a sample and a 10-cycle wash adhesion check on the embellished pieces before bulk, so the stones stay put. The benefit is a costume that still sparkles on the last competition of the year.

The evidence comes in the box, not in an email. Every order includes a 4-point fabric inspection record, a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 report, and per-batch lab results.

Production is sampled to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, and each report names the test, date and roll lot.

That's an auditable file your buyer or inspector can work from — a documented record, not a supplier's word.

Both are handled without restarting the process. Standard build ships in 25–30 days from sample sign-off, and reorders skip the sampling gates because the spec, dye recipe and file are archived — so a reorder runs faster and comes back identical.

A mid-season replacement carries the exact same embellishment, because each athlete's set is filed by Player ID.

The benefit is no downtime: a torn shell doesn't re-open the whole order, and a second season runs on the spec you already signed off.
