Choose your custom hospitality uniform style.
Nine uniform categories, one factory. Pick your starting point and we'll engineer it to your brand, your departments, and your laundry.
No matter the role, built for its job — not one SKU for the whole team.
Front Desk + Concierge
The first impression a guest receives. Crisp drape, wrinkle-resistant finish, and colorfastness that survives the commercial laundry your hotel already runs.
- Poplin + oxford weaves — smooth front-of-house finish
- Machine-washable blazers, reinforced lapel stitching
- Dye-lot locked — reorders match the original batch
- Verified to 50+ industrial wash cycles
Restaurant Server + Waitstaff
Server shirts, blouses, and aprons in your brand colors. Subtle texture hides the creases of a double shift; breathable blends look sharp at hour eight.
- Pantone-matched, spectrophotometer-verified color
- Subtle twill + micro-herringbone hide creases
- Anti-microbial finish stays fresh through service
- Dye-lot locked for repeat-order matching
Chef Coats + Kitchen Brigade
Double-breasted construction that lets a chef reverse a stained panel mid-service. Stain-release fabric lifts tomato, oil, and wine in standard industrial laundry.
- Double-breasted — reversible clean panel
- Stain-release finish — no pre-treatment needed
- French knot buttons — steam-tunnel proof
- Heat-resistant sleeve panels for grill + sauté
Housekeeping
Eight hours of bending, reaching, and kneeling. Twill hides the stains of the day and adds tear strength; moisture-wicking fabric keeps staff dry.
- 4-way stretch panels at shoulder + hip
- Reinforced knee panels for floor-level work
- Twill weave — hides stains, adds tear strength
- Moisture-wicking — dry through back-to-back turns
Maintenance + Engineering
Heavy-duty workwear for the engineers who keep the property running — reinforced stress points and hardware rated for high-temperature finishing.
- 12oz canvas options for heavy-duty work

Your logo, your colors, your fit. Adjustable closures and sizing options built around each department's requirements.
High-Visibility Options
Reflective trim for night-shift and outdoor staff, improving visibility by 50% without breaking the property's look.

Pilot Wash in Our Laundry
A small batch runs through our industrial laundry — shrinkage, color, and hardware proven before bulk cut.
No surprises after the first wash.
Inline Progress Check-Ins
Production runs in staged batches with photos at each milestone. You always know where the order stands.
Zero chasing, zero black box.
Ship and Reorder-Ready
Property-coded cartons ship unpack-and-wear ready. Specs stay on file so reorders copy the original.
Reorder without re-sampling.
From our floor to your property — tracked at every mile.
Factory to front desk in one visible chain. Property-coded cartons, FOB / CIF / DDP options, and a landed cost agreed before you commit.

On the job, where the work happens.
Captured on shift at working properties — where fit, fabric, and finish are proven through real service and industrial laundry.

From people whose jobs depend on getting this right.
The old supplier's chef coats were the quiet complaint I heard week in, week out — collars curling, buttons cracking in the steam tunnel, a "chef's white" gone grey by week six.
LeelineWork asked what our laundry actually runs — 85 degrees, alkaline detergent — then tested fabric to that standard before we ordered a coat. Eighteen months in, the brigade still looks crisp at the pass.
Two results I can point to: uniform replacement spend down by a third, and zero garment failures early in their life — the failures that used to show up around week six no longer happen.
The process is what sold me. Fit feedback from my sous chefs went straight into the production sheet, and reordering is a one-email job because the specs are already on file.

Sofia Marchetti
Director of Food & Beverage — Aria Hotel Group
I source for a fourteen-property resort group — front desk, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, maintenance, each with different fabric needs and MOQs. We built a department-level spec sheet, then LeelineWork split the MOQ across properties with property-coded cartons.
What I show my auditors is the documentation: ISO 2859-1 data at AQL 2.5, mill certs, lab reports — all filed by PO number.
Two procurement audits since we switched. Zero findings.
On delivery, each carton arrived coded to its property with the packing list inside — the front desk team pulled theirs and went straight to work, no re-sorting across fourteen hotels.

Questions hospitality procurement teams ask before they commit.
Critical defects AQL 0.0 (zero tolerance), major defects AQL 2.5, minor defects AQL 4.0 — applied using ISO 2859-1 (General Inspection Level II) sampling tables. We write these into the purchase order and run the pre-shipment inspection against them, with raw defect counts and photo evidence for anything rejected.
Run a pilot of 10–20 production-finished samples through your contracted commercial laundry for at least 20–30 complete cycles. Inspect for shrinkage, seam puckering, button or zipper degradation, and fading. We benchmark to ISO 15797, which evaluates dimensional stability (accepting under ±3% warp and weft shrinkage) over repeated industrial laundering — typically 25 to 50 cycles.
Front desk: poly-viscose (TR) or poly-cotton, 180–240 GSM shirts / 250–320 GSM blazers. F&B servers: poly-cotton or cotton-rich at 170–220 GSM. Kitchen: heavy cotton or poly-cotton twill at 210–280 GSM. Housekeeping and maintenance: 65/35 poly-cotton twill or canvas at 200–260 GSM for tear strength. GSM alone is not enough — blend, weave, and finish determine real-world performance.
Most international luxury chains expect OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for harmful substances, and many request GRS (Global Recycled Standard) for recycled fibers or GOTS for organic cotton, plus REACH compliance for the EU. We provide scanned certification copies and accredited-lab verification — not a logo on a page.
Yes. Brand colors are Pantone-matched with spectrophotometer verification, dye-lot locked at the dye house. If you have a uniform you like but an inconsistent supplier, send us a reference sample — our pattern room reverse-engineers construction, fabric weight, fit, and hardware, then proposes improvements. Teardown-to-quote is 5 business days.
MOQ is 50 units per SKU. Samples in your exact fabric and branding ship within 7–10 business days with up to three revision rounds. We split MOQs across 2–3 properties with different branding and ship property-coded cartons.
