Engineered Soccer Fabrics

One kit. Three fabrics. Zero compromise.

A match shirt isn't one fabric — it's a system. We engineer every zone of the kit from the knit that does that job best, then combine them on a single cut-and-sew line.

Torso front & back

Flatlock seams and a moisture-wicking knit — sweat moves off the skin, and seams don't chafe at minute 90.

What the Combination Buys You

Sublimation-ready: 90%+ polyester across all three zones, so full-bleed color holds wash after wash.

Anti-shrink: under 1.5% after industrial wash — panels stay aligned seam to seam.

One spec, whole squad: all three knits graded off a single size chart.

Colorfast to ISO 105-C06 grade 4–5 — the kit still looks game-one sharp at season end.

Sublimation Sportswear Production Process

The heat recipe: 190–210°C.

A full-bleed kit lives or dies on the heat profile. Too cool and the dye never gasifies; too hot and the panel shrinks out of registration. Here is exactly how we fix it — the same number, run after run.

Dye Into Fiber

190–210°C

Ink sublimes into the polyester weave at 200°C — not printed on top, but part of the fabric. The hand stays smooth, the color can't crack.

Dwell Timing

30–60s

The heat plate holds the panel at peak temperature so dye gas fully penetrates the knit before the roll moves on.

Warp & Weft Compensation

0.5–1.5%

Artwork is scaled against the grid so seams align when the panel relaxes after heat. Both axes measured, not guessed.

RIP Scaling & Pre-Shrink

1–2%

The raster image processor compensates at layout time, and the fabric roll is pre-shrunk before a panel is cut.

Kit Customization

Your kit, your way.

Six customization dimensions, from the art on the chest to the tag in the collar — each one held to a measured spec.

Design & Graphics

Send a sketch, a reference kit, or a rough spec — we turn it into graded pattern and sublimation artwork, with the kit cut from one graded block so the whole squad fits the same.

Collar & Sleeve Styles

Pick the silhouette that suits your squad — a crew, V, or polo collar, and a set-in or raglan sleeve — cut from one graded block so the whole kit fits the same.

Crest & Badge

A woven, embroidered, or 3D silicone club badge — heat-pressed or stitched — raised off the fabric for a tactile finish on the chest or sleeve, tested so it flexes without peeling.

Name & Number Sets

Five steps, from the first quote to the next season's reorder — exactly how a kit moves through our floor.

Start Your Kit Program
01

Requirement & Quote

Send a tech pack, a reference kit, or a bare sketch — our engineer specs fabric, weight, and construction and quotes it back.

✓ A costed spec in 48 hours.

02

Sealed Sample

We cut one sealed sample on the real production line, so you confirm fit and color before any bulk is committed.

✓ Approve fit and color before you commit.

03

Bulk Production

Cut, sublimated, and sewn under one roof behind a locked dye recipe and RIP file, so the line runs to spec.

✓ One factory, every production stage.

04

QC & Batch Docs

The lot is sampled before it ships, and the batch lab report and compliance file go in the first carton.

✓ Inspection report filed by purchase order.

05

Shipping & After-Sales

Dispatch to one warehouse or straight to individual players, then stay accountable — if anything is off, batch traceability resolves it with the evidence.

On the Pitch

Kits, on the pitch.

A spec sheet only proves the drawing. This is where a kit earns its keep — match day, training, and the whole squad in one.

"

Two seasons in a row, the printers swore the colors were "vibrant" — and by October our kits looked like they'd been left out in the sun.

For our academy's first order — 60 sets in a club color nobody could match — I went in wary. The sublimation came back looking dyed into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it, and all the panels lined up seam to seam. Shrinkage came in under 1.5%, and the ISO wash test hit grade 4–5, which I'd asked for before but never gotten in writing.

What sold me wasn't the first batch, though. It was the reorder a season later: same 60 sets, same shade, same panels, no re-sampling, because they kept the RIP file and dye recipe locked from day one.

Nobody on my board had to sign off on a single sample again. When a kit comes back identical a year later without anyone asking a question, that's when you stop worrying about the supplier.

Coordinating a squad of 30 means 30 names, 30 numbers, 30 sizes — and our old supplier drifted the digits a few millimeters off on half the order, so the team photo looked sloppy and a couple of players swapped jerseys at the pitch.

With LeelineWork the placement is measured to ±2mm on the map, and every player's set is filed by player ID.

That's paid off more than once. A winger tore his shirt mid-season and the replacement shipped with the exact same lettering, straight to his door — no digging through a box of spares, no asking the factory to re-do anything.

Because we dropship per player, we ordered once at the 100-set tier and the season started on time, with zero dead stock left in a garage. For a club our size, that's the difference between running a kit program and babysitting one.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before they order.

If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.

If you're a brand founder testing a first run, 10 sets is enough to launch — and that's not a marketing gimmick, it's the bottom of the ladder.

From there it steps up: 50, 100, 300, 1,000 sets. Each step unlocks more — personalization, dropshipping to players, a reserved line.

The practical benefit: you don't bet the season on a huge first order. You sample across all three fabric weights, approve fit and color, then scale. Once your spec is locked, reorders have no minimum at all.

Short version: the dye is fixed at 190–210°C for 30–60 seconds, and the artwork is pre-compensated so it lands exactly where it should.

Before cutting, the fabric is pre-shrunk, and the warp and weft are scaled by 0.5–1.5% so the panels don't pull at the seams. Every production panel is wash-tested at 60°C before it reaches the line, and name/number placement is held to ±2mm.

The benefit you'll actually see: no more shirts where the number drifts a few millimeters off, and no seams that don't line up. It's the difference between a kit that looks right in the team photo and one you have to apologize for.

Yes — and it's the reason a lot of clubs switch to us. We hold the stock at the factory and ship per player to their address, so you never pay to store or double-ship it.

Every player's name and number set is filed by player ID, so a mid-season replacement goes out with the exact same lettering — straight to the player's door.

The benefit is simple: no dead stock at the end of the season, no freight twice, and no one digging through a box of spares. It's included from the 100-set tier up.

From final sample approval, a 10-set first run is about 15–20 days. The big academy orders — 1,000 sets — run 30–40 days because there's more to coordinate.

The reason reorders are faster: your spec, dye recipe, and RIP file are already archived, so there's no re-sampling and no re-approval.

Practical benefit: mid-season, when a player needs a replacement, you're not waiting on the whole cycle — and if you need it sooner, rush production is available by arrangement.

Think of it as three weights for three jobs. 140 GSM match interlock is the game-day shirt — light, high-stretch, low drag. It runs a little tight, so you size up.

160 GSM training micro-mesh has a perforated back panel, so it wicks on grass drills and gym work. 180 GSM poly-spandex is the 4-way-stretch cut for over-30s and academy squads that need the compression feel.

The benefit: your whole squad grades off one spec. Match shirts, training kits, and the over-30s cut all come from the same size chart — so nothing fits differently than you expect.

It depends on what you're decorating and how long you want it to last. All-over sublimation dyes into the fiber itself, so it outlasts the garment and reorders match via the archived RIP file — right for full-bleed designs.

HTV is the low-cost route for names, numbers, and simple logos. It's replaceable in seconds, which is why it's best for squad numbers that change.

A woven badge or 3D silicone crest gives the premium club finish but adds per-unit cost — worth it from the 100-set tier up, or just for the first-team crest. The benefit is you don't overpay: the decoration is priced against how long it'll actually last.
