Purpose-built garments for the hazards your crews walk into per shift — arc flash, chemical splash, downpour, molten metal, blast-furnace heat, sub-zero cold. FR aramid through moisture-wicking performance blends. Embroidery through full private-label programs. Cut to your measurements, documented to a compliance auditor's standard, delivered from our floor to your dock.
Heavy-duty armour for demolition crews, precision-embroidered pieces for corporate accounts, moisture-wicking polos for warehouse teams working 10-hour shifts in August. Pick the category that matches what your people walk into day after day.
Arc flash. Static discharge. Low visibility at 3am. Heavy rain at 40 knots. Blast-furnace heat. Biological exposure. Blunt impact. All of them demand a fundamentally different textile. We match the fabric to the threat, not the catalogue to the PO.

65% Poly / 35% Cotton
130–280 g/m²
The backbone of industrial workwear. Holds up to daily abuse, shrugs off wrinkles, cleans up fast. Our highest-volume shirt fabric for a reason — it nails the intersection of cost, toughness, and printability.

60–80% Cotton dominant
150–260 g/m²
Flips the TC ratio. More cotton means more give, softer drape, and a surface that takes embroidery and logos better than anything else in the lineup. Stays sharp-looking through repeat laundering.

100% Cotton — pre-shrunk
150–300 g/m²
No synthetics touching your skin. Fully breathable, zero static, naturally hypoallergenic. The pre-shrunk finish locks in dimensions before the first cut. If your crews are pulling 12-hour shifts in 35°C heat, this is what they want against their skin.

100% Polyester
120–220 g/m²
You need abrasion resistance and you need it cheap. This fabric does not wrinkle, does not hold water, and dries faster than any natural fiber you can name. Sublimation-ready for wall-to-wall prints that extend from neckband to hem without a seam break.

Cotton or TC weave
200–400 g/m²
Heaviest option we stock. That signature basket-weave texture isn't just visual, it means the fabric holds its structure through conditions that would turn a poplin shirt into a rag. Stress points get bartacked twice. If your crew is pouring concrete or swinging hammers all day, this is the one.
Hard-wearing for people who spend shifts on concrete, or polished enough for the front desk and the client tour. The options below span different surfaces, workloads, and budgets. We will point you toward the one that actually makes sense for your shirts.

Bulk branding's true workhorse. One screen per color, thick opaque ink driven through mesh, laid down fast and flat. The go-to for bold logos, block text, and large solids on cotton and poly-cotton.

The display of authority for workwear. Sixteen-head Tajima rigs stitch your mark straight into the fabric with up to 12 thread colors. Flat or 3D raised — either way, what you see on day one survives 100 industrial wash cycles unchanged.

CAD-cut vinyl film fused under heat and pressure. The fast, flexible option for names, numbers, and small logos. Setup costs less than screen printing, turnaround is tighter. Built for short runs and one-off personalization.

A garment printer that works like an inkjet for fabric. Full-color photos, smooth gradients, complex art. Zero setup charge. The ink sinks in, so there is no hand feel and nothing to crack. Light cotton and cotton-blend shirts get the best results.

Dye becomes gas, gas penetrates the fiber, and the color locks in at the molecular level. It will never fade, never peel, never crack. The only technique capable of covering a seam-to-seam poly shirt in a single pass — neckband to hem, edge to edge. Polyester only, and only on light bases.

Glass-bead ink or 3M Scotchlite™ transfer film applied to hi-vis shirts. Meets EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107. Stays certified-bright through 50-plus wash cycles. If your crew works near moving vehicles, this is not optional.

Damask neck labels, satin care tags, branded hang tags, embossed buttons, interior taping. These are not "printing" in the technical sense, but a private-label program without them reads like a trial batch, not a product line. Made alongside your garment order, zero added lead time.
Five checkpoints. A dedicated QC tech signs off at all of them, or the entire batch stops. No workarounds. No "close enough." Your compliance folder gets assembled alongside the production run, not pieced together the night before the shipment leaves.
Six quality gates from raw fiber to carton. All SOPs are documented, all batches fully traceable — from lot number to PO.
✓ The right fabric for the right conditions — no "one weight fits all" shortcuts.

✓ Your crew wears different sizes — all of them should feel the shirt was tailored for them.

✓ Collar and cuffs hold their shape after 50+ industrial washes. No curling, no delamination.

✓ Decoration is part of construction — not a post-production add-on — so it lasts as long as the shirt.

All inspection results photographed and filed by PO — your compliance folder ships before the shirts do.
✓ A button that falls off in week one costs you a return. We catch it before it leaves the floor.

✓ Shirts land on your dock rack-ready — not in a crumpled bulk bag requiring hours of rework.

You run a business. You are not sitting around waiting for a factory to call you back. Here is the actual cadence: no black holes, no radio silence, no "let me check and circle back."
A tech pack. A photo off your phone. A shirt you already buy but wish cost less. Whatever you have, send it. If you are starting with nothing, describe what your crew does all day and we will recommend the fabric, fit, and features that line up.
Fabric cost. Trim cost. Labor. Decoration. Packaging. Freight. Line by line, in plain English. No bundled "per shirt" number with the margin baked in. No fees that materialize later.
Cut from your actual production fabric. Your embroidery or print applied. Your trims attached. A sealed pre-pro piece lands on your doorstep. You pull it on, check the fit, go over the seams, and say yes before we cut a single yard for bulk.
Twelve lines running simultaneously. Inline QC photos arrive at key checkpoints: fabric on the cutting table, collar setting, embroidery finish, final press. You never need to chase for a status update.
Pressed. Poly-bagged. Hang-tagged. Barcode-labeled. Cartons line-matched to your PO. Your compliance file, mill certs, batch-level lab reports, inspection logs, arrives before the container docks.
| Comparison criteria | Western Distributors | LeelineWork | Unverified Factories |

| Decoration Durability | Decoration is a costly add-on with no wash warranty | Embroidery or print integrated into the assembly sequence — tested to outlast the fabric | Printed as cheaply as possible — cracks, peels, or fades within weeks |
| Recourse When Thing Go Wrong | Slow resolution through a sales rep who's never seen the factory floor | Your named production engineer can walk to the cutting table and fix the issue same-day | Ghosted after payment — WhatsApp messages undelivered, phone disconnected |

We're a mid-size electrical contractor in Houston — about 300 field techs across commercial and industrial sites. Before LeelineWork, we were buying FR shirts from a guy in Dallas who took six weeks and charged $95 a shirt. Reorder to reorder, the collar kept feeling different. I couldn't even tell you what fabric we were actually getting.
I heard about these guys through a supplier in Shenzhen. Sent them one of our shirts, they tore it apart in their lab, and came back with a spec that was dead-on — same ATPV rating, same aramid blend, but the fabric was actually softer on the skin. Guys on the crew noticed immediately. No more complaints about chafing in the summer.
We've been running with them for two years now. Shirts come in at $52 apiece including embroidery, batch documentation is there without fail, and I'm not the guy holding up the job site because uniforms didn't show up. When they say 18 days, they mean 18 days.

Honestly, I was nervous. First time going direct to China for our workwear line — you hear all the horror stories. Samples that look great and bulk that falls apart, factories that disappear after the deposit, certification paperwork that's basically a PDF someone typed in Word.
LeelineWork was not that experience. At all.
Their engineer — a guy named Leo who I still talk to directly — caught three things in our tech pack that would've caused problems in production. Stuff our own designer missed. The pre-pro evaluation piece arrived on day 5, and it was better than what we'd been getting from a domestic cut-and-sew shop at triple the cost.
We're a small brand — we started with 200 shirts across two styles. They didn't treat us like a waste of time. Eighteen months later we're running five styles and about 3,000 units a quarter. Our customers actually mention the shirt quality in reviews now. That's the difference between a factory that just makes your stuff and a factory that makes your brand look good.

If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU. We also offer single-unit pre-production samples so you can verify fabric, fit, and stitching quality before committing to bulk production. No minimum on reorders once your spec is locked.
Yes — once your design is approved and production is complete, your patterns, fabric specs, and trim details are digitally archived. Reorders ship in 10–14 days (faster than the standard 15–20 day first-order lead time) because your spec is already locked and on file. We maintain dye-lot records to ensure color consistency across repeat orders.
Standard lead time is 15–20 days from final sign-off. Pre-production samples ship within 5 business days. Rush orders are accommodated with overtime production — we run 12 lines, 6 days a week. Express shipping options available. We ship FOB, CIF, or DDP to 34 countries.
We send a sealed pre-production evaluation piece — cut and sewn on the actual production line using your specified fabric — before any bulk cutting begins. You handle the finished shirt, verify fit and construction, and provide written approval. Third-party lab test reports (tensile strength, colorfastness, shrinkage, and any required safety standard certifications) accompany all shipments.
Yes — you can mix styles (button-down, polo, hi-vis, etc.), colors, and sizes within a single bulk order. A style/color combination counts as a separate SKU toward the MOQ. This flexibility lets you outfit different departments or roles in one production run, reducing overall lead time and simplifying logistics.
We offer custom embroidery (up to 12 thread colors, 2D flat and 3D raised on 16-head Tajima machines), screen printing (multi-color, consistent opacity), heat transfer, and sublimation. Custom woven labels, hang tags, and branded packaging are produced in parallel. Logo digitizing with 24-hour turnaround. Your branding files are archived for flawless reorders.
Our dedicated team will assist you in selecting the right fabrics, designs, and features to suit your company's needs.
