Production MOQ is 50 units per SKU across all garment categories. Pre-production samples are available from a single unit, and your sampling fee is credited against your first production order above the MOQ. For first-time partners we can discuss flexible pilot runs.
Most projects follow this timeline: quotation within 24 hours, fit samples in 7-10 business days with up to 3 revision rounds, bulk production in 14-21 days, then freight and delivery per your Incoterm. A typical full run lands at your door in roughly 4-6 weeks.
We sign an NDA before any discussion of your specs. Master patterns are locked, version-controlled, and never shared. Your pattern files, fabric specs, and grading rules remain yours — we only hold them to reproduce your reorders, and delete them on request.
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, with T/T bank transfer as the default. For established partners we can discuss letter of credit. Sampling fees are fully credited against your first bulk order above the MOQ.
Yes. Our 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Suizhou is open to client audits. We walk you through the cutting floor, inline inspection checkpoints, and the lab. SMETA and BSCI audit reports are available under NDA for enterprise clients.
FOB, CIF, or DDP — your choice of Incoterm. We handle customs clearance, HS-code guidance, and property-coded cartons for multi-site rollouts. Ocean and air freight options are both available, with milestone tracking throughout.
