Custom School Uniform Manufacturers — OEKO-TEX Class I, 99.2% On-Time
Custom K-12 uniforms from just 50 units — mix-styles and mix-colors so one order covers any grade. Batch by batch, pieces are AQL 2.5 inspected and lab-tested to 55,000 abrasion cycles, with a per-school Size Archive that keeps fit complaints under 0.8%.
Choose your custom school uniform style
Nine uniform families covering all levels of your school — kindergarten through high school, athletic to winter wear.
No color drift. No loose threads. No surprises.
Three complaints end uniform programs — color drift, embroidery that sheds, and garments that lose shape. All three are caught by a specific control, with the proof in the box.

School Color & Logo Archive
The school keeps a Pantone-locked color file, a physical fabric swatch, and a sealed embroidery sample. Color and crest placement are re-checked per batch — so year-5 matches year-1, not a faded swatch.
Wash-Test Reports
Shrinkage, colorfastness, and seam integrity are lab-tested per lot and filed by PO number. The report ships in the documentation pack — ready for the auditor the moment the cartons land.
Reinforced Stitching
Crotch double-stitching, bartack at the seam joints, and 12–14 SPI outer seams. Built for kids who slide down playground equipment and wear backpacks 200+ days a year — not mannequins.
Special patterns, unusual crests, non-standard sizes — we build them.
Most factories say "we can't" to the requests below. We've shipped them. If a school has a real requirement, it becomes a production file — not a refusal.

Shield, circular & multi-layer crests
Non-rectangular crest shapes digitized with underlay for dimensional stability — circular wreaths, shields, gradient badges — placed to within 1mm and archived by version.
✓ 14,000-stitch detail, 80+ wash cycles without thread loss

Stretch, anti-pill, sun-protection
Beyond standard poly-cotton: 4-way stretch for PE, anti-pill finishes for winter knitwear, UPF-rated fabrics for Australian sun, and allergen-safe options for sensitive skin.
✓ 200+ technical textiles on file, tested per incoming lot

SEN-adaptive and inclusive fits
Adaptive schoolwear for SEN students — tagless necklines, no-scratch seams, easy-open closures, and extended size ranges (husky, slim, tall) beyond the standard chart.
✓ Dedicated adaptive blocks, not scaled standard patterns

Separate crests per campus in one PO
Different house crests, campus name badges, and house-color trims produced as separate line items within the same PO — shipped in clearly marked, non-mixed cartons.
✓ Campus-coded poly-bagging and per-location labeling
A child's uniform carries a higher bar than workwear.
Adult uniforms are regulated for performance. School uniforms are regulated for harm — restricted substances, mechanical safety, and traceable test reports. We treat safety as four stacked layers, and all four are documented files you can pull.
Sample to delivery in under 8 weeks.
No 6-month calendar. From sample approval to container-loaded in about 8 weeks — standard lead time, with the buffer built in.
Sample
Digitize the crest, lock house colors, seal the pre-production sample within 2 revision rounds.
Fabric + Cutting
Bulk fabric knit/weave, tested and Pantone-verified per dye lot before a yard is cut.
Sewing + QC
12 production lines, AQL 2.5 gates, campus-coded poly-bagging. Every garment measured against its grade rule.
Delivery
Container loading with per-carton manifest. Buffer for port congestion is in the plan — not billed as a rush.
After the cartons land, the program continues.
The relationship doesn't end at delivery. Reorders, replacements, and the inevitable mid-year top-ups have a written policy — and a named person who answers.
Written Restock Policy
Reorders keep their pricing tier, skip re-development, and pull the same grade rule and crest file — so restocking stays as fast and predictable as the first order.
Stock Support
High-turnover sizes can be held as retained stock at the factory — mid-year top-ups ship without a fresh production run, so you never break a size.
Response SLA
A named bilingual account manager replies within 12 working hours — defect claims traced to their batch and resolved with documented evidence, not excuses.
Timezone-Friendly
Midnight-to-noon email coverage across US and EU time zones, with video approvals, 3D samples, and fabric swatches sent ahead — sign-off never waits on a meeting.
Batch-Traceable Claims
Defects are traced to their production lot and documented — replacement commitments are standing, so a claim settles once instead of dragging on.
Seasonal Top-Up Window
A dedicated reorder window before the next school year — mid-year growth and new enrolments are covered before the rush, with the same pricing tier held.
On the students, where the school day happens
Real uniforms on real students — proof that the fabric, fit, and finish hold up through a full school year.

From security directors and procurement leads who got it right.
We run 14 campuses across three states, and the uniform program used to be eleven spreadsheets and one very stressed coordinator. Reorder after reorder was a gamble on color — burgundy arriving "close enough" from three different suppliers.
LeelineWork put the whole thing under one file. House colors locked to Pantone and spectrophotometer-verified per lot. Crest stitch files archived so year-5 blazers match year-1. Now the coordinator sends one email and the cartons arrive campus-coded, grade-coded, ready to unload.
Three years in, we've placed 11 reorders covering 42,000 units — color held to ΔE ≤ 1.0 from lot to lot, and sizing complaints dropped from 6% to under 1%. The coordinator got an afternoon back a week.

Independent school. 600 students. One iconic crest that took us three years to get right with our old embroiderer — and they still shipped it slightly off-center on half the blazers.
LeelineWork digitized the crest from a worn jumper, ran test-outs on three fabric weights, and locked the stitch file. Placement checked to within 1mm at inline QC. We've ordered four seasons now — 2,400 garments in total — and the crest has been identical time after time. The 14,000-stitch detail holds up through a year of washing: no loose threads, no tarnish on the gold.
Compliance was the surprise. The CPSIA certificate and test reports arrived in the box with the shipment, filed by PO. Our bursar nearly cried. Unit cost came in 22% below our previous supplier, and we've had zero returns in four seasons.

Questions procurement teams
ask before they commit.
If your question isn't here, our RFQ desk responds within 24 hours — no sales pitch, just specs.
Yes. MOQ starts at just 50 units per style, and you can mix styles and colors in one order — so a 300-student school can split one order across multiple grades and house colors without hitting a district-sized minimum. Sampling starts from a single unit.
We don't ask you to take our word for it. Shrinkage, colorfastness, and seam integrity are lab-tested per lot, and the report ships in the box filed by PO — your team can verify the numbers before the cartons even reach the students.
That's the whole point of our calendar. From sample approval to container-loaded is about 8 weeks, and we hold 99.2% on-time delivery. Peak-season capacity is locked in advance, so August is never a scramble.
Sizing runs on a per-school Size Archive with three growth stages, not a single adult block scaled down. Reorders pull the same grade rule, so a size 10 this year fits the same next year — and fit complaints across our recurring schools stay under 0.8%.
Fabrics are OEKO-TEX 100 Class I certified — the strictest class, applied to all grades. US-bound orders include a Children's Product Certificate (CPSIA) with lead ≤ 100 ppm and phthalates ≤ 0.1%; garments for ages 0–7 follow EN 14682 cord-safety rules. Test reports are filed by PO and shipped with the batch.
Defects are traced to their production lot and resolved with documented evidence — replacements are standing, not renegotiated case by case. For mid-year growth and new enrolments, high-turnover sizes can be held as retained stock so top-ups ship without a fresh production run.
