At order, a target weight is locked inside the range (say Mesh at 140 GSM). ±5% is applied to that target, not the whole range — so two shipped rolls don't feel like two different fabrics.
Dark team colours on full-bleed sublimation can transfer. We test laundering (AATCC 61, target grade 4–5) and crocking (AATCC 8) per batch; a perspiration test (AATCC 15) is added on request.
A fabric that drinks sweat is fine; one that never dries is a liability. We run AATCC TM195 moisture-management lab tests per batch, not vendor claims, on the wicking knits.

A basketball uniform is a two-way deal, not a one-off shipment. Here's what stands after the box is opened — the replacement rule, the reorder path, and how a defect is actually resolved.
Every player's name and number set is filed by Player ID. A torn basketball uniform or a lost warm-up ships with the exact same lettering — no re-sampling, no close match, no waiting on the whole cycle.
If fabric, colour and pattern are unchanged, the reorder runs off the archived RIP file, dyestuff and pattern number. It comes back the same shade and the same shape — no new sample, no drift.
A different size split, a tweaked colour or a new neckline is a change of spec, not a stock SKU. It goes back through the job sheet before the line runs — so you know exactly what you get.
AQL 2.5 caps Major defects and Critical is zero-tolerance. If anything is flagged, the lot is rejected or reworked — the disposition and the retest are documented, not smoothed over.
Pre-production sample cost is credited back against the full basketball uniform order. The sample is a commitment, not a fee you eat.

A 50-set first run is enough. That's not a slogan — it's the bottom of the ladder, so the season isn't bet on an order too big to sell.
Order 50 to 200 sets and sample across the fabric range, approve fit and colour, then scale. Each tier unlocks more: per-player dropshipping and a reserved production line from 300 sets, and the numbers keep improving at 1,000.
Test the market at a low first order; once the spec is locked, reorders have no minimum at all.
Six graded options, from 120 to 300 GSM. Choose by the job, not by habit.
120–160 GSM mesh is the competition jersey — light, high airflow, low drag. 180–220 GSM poly-spandex interlock reads more opaque and works for premium kits and side panels. 220–300 GSM heavy-duty double knit is the cold-weather and warm-up build. Recycled (140–180) and four-way stretch (190–240) cover sustainability and compression.
Pick one weight and the whole squad grades off a single spec — each roll held to ±5% GSM so nothing fits differently than expected.
Nothing ships on a guess. Colours are fixed at 190–210°C for 30–60 seconds, and the fabric is pre-shrunk with the warp and weft scaled 0.5–1.5% so panels don't pull at the seams.
Colourfastness is lab-tested to AATCC 61 (target Grade 4–5) and crocking to AATCC 8 (≥ Grade 4 wet and dry) per batch. Name/number placement is held to ±2mm.
You get a kit that stays the same shade through a full season — no mid-season bleed, no brown-out on the numbers.
One kit, spec'd as one. The jersey, short and warm-up are built on a single colour recipe and a single job sheet, so they match panel to panel.
You can also mix a reversible set on interlock — two faces, one garment — graded off one size chart. You don't coordinate two separate fabric orders, and you don't end up with a mismatch between tops and bottoms.

Production is sampled to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, and every report names the test, date and roll lot.
That is an auditable file a buyer or inspector can work from — not a supplier's word that it passed.

Reorders skip the sampling gates entirely — the spec, dye recipe and RIP file are archived, so a reorder runs faster and comes back identical. A single mid-season replacement ships with the exact same lettering because every player's set is filed by Player ID.
